I'VE ALREADY HAD A WEBSITE DESIGNED BY SUREFIRE BY NIQ STEELE. HOW DO I SUBMIT A TICKET FOR SUPPORT?

If you’ve had a website service done by Surefire by Niq Steele, submitting a ticket for support is easy and convenient. Visit our Website Support Page and log in to get started. If it’s your first time, be sure to create an account.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

All major credit/debit cards are accepted. All payments must be made via the online payment system. Cash will not be accepted under any circumstances.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I GET?

Great question! Per the agreement, every investment will have a minimum of +/- 15 proofs for you to make your selections from (we are over achievers and tend to go far above and beyond that number)! Depending on the investment you chose, you will receive an allotted number of FREE digitals to be included with your session (i.e branding receives 10 free digitals).

For example: if you are investing in a branding session, you would be provided with at least +/- 15 digital images to choose your 10 free from.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

Sessions typically range from 1-1.5 hours. Branding session typically last up to 2 hours.

IS MAKEUP INCLUDED?

Makeup is included with general photography + branding photography sessions. Visit the investments page for more info.

HOW DO I SELECT MY IMAGES?

Please view the video tutorial below on how to select your images to be edited.

Note: This is the only way to place your selection orders. Screenshots sent via other channels such as facebook, email, instagram, etc will be ignored.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PHOTOS TO PROCESS?

Per the contract, we will provide you with proofs within 48 hours of your session. Once you made your selections for your final images, please allow up to 20 days for your images to be delivered to you.

WHAT IF I NEED MY IMAGES SOONER?

We highly recommend that you schedule your session well in advance, to allow time for your photos to be processed and delivered. If you need them done, sooner, we do offer RUSH processing times for an additional fee of $10/image. Rush processing takes anywhere between 24-72 hours.

When selecting your rush images, use the “RUSH” tag. See, “HOW DO I SELECT MY IMAGES,” for a video tutorial.

HOW WILL MY IMAGES BE DELIVERED?

We care about your privacy. We deliver your images to you in a private, online gallery created specifically for you. Our gallery hub is not public, so only those with the link will be able to view and access your photos. You can access your private, online gallery by logging into the Surefire by Niq Steele Portal.

CAN I EDIT MY IMAGES?

Images may not be edited under any circumstances. Please refer to sections 6.1 – 6.3 of your signed agreement for more details:

Post Production & Editing

6.1 – CLIENT understands and agrees that the final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the PHOTOGRAPHER.

6.2 – CLIENT acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review PHOTOGRAPHER’S portfolio, and/or, has requested to see PHOTOGRAPHER’S work, and agree with editing style.

6.3 – Under no circumstance is CLIENT allowed to alter the PHOTOGRAPHER’S work in any capacity. This includes, but is not limited to: filters, presets, white balance, subject manipulation, adding/removing objects, etc. Should the CLIENT have a reasonable editing request that is within the line of PHOTOGRAPHER’S editing style, then CLIENT may express this to PHOTOGRAPHER, and PHOTOGRAPHER will take it into consideration. Additional fees may apply.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND A SESSION?

All investments include a group of up to 4 people*. Additional fees will apply for groups of 5 or more.

 

*multiple sessions will not be performed at a single session. For example, you cannot bring in 2 people for couple’s photos, and request business headshots as well. You must purchase a branding session separately.

Another example: You cannot come in for family photos, and request separate photos for a birthday session.

ARE PROPS INCLUDED?

Props are NOT included. You must bring your own props.

HOW MANY OUTFITS CAN I BRING?

There are unlimited outfit changes included with every session (however many you can fit within the allotted time frame). There is a separate area available for changing.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY IMAGES?

Watch the video tutorials below on how to download your high resolution images. Though, we highly recommend downloading to a computer, phone instructions are provided as well.

Please DO NOT screenshot images under any circumstances. This is an infringement of Surefire by Niq Steele’s copyright and you could face legal repercussions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We get it, things happen. We allow one complimentary reschedule. After that, you are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee. After your 3rd cancellation, you are subject to being blacklisted from making future appointments.

In any case, the non refundable retainer will not be returned.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT?

All investments require a non refundable retainer to reserve your spot on the calendar.

WHAT IS A PRE-PAYMENT PLAN?

Mostly all investments offer a pre-payment plan. This means that you can begin making payments toward your investment before you scheduled appointment. Once your retainer has been paid and you are on the schedule, you can make as many payments as you desire until your investment is paid in full. See the “WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE” section to find out when your full payment must be received.

WHEN IS MY PAYMENT DUE?

Your non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking. Your investment must be paid in full no less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

If you fail to make your full payment no less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, your session will be canceled, and you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

I CAN'T FIND MY INVOICE?

You can find everything related to your session by visiting the client portal. This includes invoices, contracts, print releases, model releases, and most importantly – your gallery!

CAN I BRING SOMEONE ALONG?

You are more than welcome to bring 1 or 2 people along for support during your shoot. If you plan to bring additional people, please let the photographer know as a courtesy.
